Frequently Asked Questions

  • HOW DO I BOOK SANTA?
    Call (954) 433-7348 or fill out our contact form to reach out to us. You can also book through info@allaboutentertainmentinc.com. All detailed information will be provided at the time of contact.
  • DO YOU SEND A CONTRACT?
    To guarantee rates and terms quoted, all bookings are done with a contract booking form. Each contract contains the details of the actual event, all of Santa’s information and contact phone numbers, so that you and our office may be in direct contact with each other. Contracts also contain payment details, as well as other important information and deadlines. All contracts are provided at the time of booking.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
    If cancellation becomes necessary, we only ask that you do it as far in advance as possible and no less than 7 days prior to the event. We understand things happen but we do ask that you allow us enough time to fill the slot you vacate
  • WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST OR NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE?
    We understand that every party is different and special to the needs of the client, family and guests. If you have a special request just let us know at the time of the booking and we will tell you if we can do it. If you need to make a change in the schedule please remember that Santa is booked at many events throughout the season. He often has two to four consecutive events per day, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Often it is difficult to make changes after the initial booking is made, as Santa has filled in all of his appointments for the season. Because of this, changes made after confirmation are difficult to accommodate, and must be made to us in advance when possible. Most times it is difficult to get other clients or families to adjust their schedules to meet your changes.
  • WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE DOES SANTA HAVE?
    Santa carries a minimum of $4 million general aggregate entertainers’ liability policy with Kaercher Insurance, Las Vegas, NV. A copy can be provided upon request.
  • WHAT IF I ONLY WANT SANTA FOR 30 MINUTES?
    Thirty-minute bookings are available but will still be charged at the hourly rate.
  • HOW EARLY WILL SANTA ARRIVE?
    As it is very difficult to hide Santa, for most events or parties, Santa will call when he is about 5 minutes away. Then someone from your event can meet him and assist if necessary. For Special Events, Santa will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the appearance unless otherwise stipulated contractual in the agreement.
  • DOES SANTA REQUIRE ANY BREAKS?
    Due to the nature of Santa’s traditional suit, it is necessary that he have periodic breaks and that his performance location be cool and comfortable when the performance is more than one hour. If outdoors or in a warm environment, appropriate breaks may be necessary as per health and safety regulations. It is assumed that most events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted.
  • CAN WE USE THE PHOTOS OF SANTA FOR OUR COMPANY ADVERTISING AND MARKETING?
    Any and all photos taken of Santa, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for private or personal use of the client and may not be used for commercial or promotional use without prior written permission of Santa.
  • WHAT KIND OF A BACKGROUND CHECK DOES YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE?
    Santa has a current criminal background check. It is provided by ClearStar, Inc., Alpharetta, GA. A copy can be provided upon request.
  • WHAT WILL SANT BE WEARING?
    Santa has a natural white beard and wears real Santa suits with leather boots and belt. It is our goal that his presentation be as authentic as possible. All of Santa’s attire are custom made for him to include his boots. Santa will always arrive in full regalia but in warmer climates request that he be able to remove his coat and hat for comfort.
  • IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
    As we work diligently to enhance the booking experience, we are implementing a few changes to ensure that we provide the best service possible. One of the key updates is the introduction of a reservation deposit. This deposit will secure your desired date and time for Rick's performance, allowing us to guarantee his availability for your event. We believe this step will help streamline the scheduling process and minimize any potential conflicts. Here's how the deposit process will work: Select Your Preferred Date and Time: Contact us with your preferred date and time for Rick's performance. Reservation Deposit: To hold your reservation, we kindly request a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total fee and will ensure that your chosen slot is secured exclusively for you. The balance will be due at least 7 days prior to your event date. Confirmation: Once the deposit is received, we will confirm your booking and provide you with all the necessary details for your event. We understand the importance of flexibility, and if any changes to your reservation need to be made, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability
  • DOES SANTA BRING A CHAIR OR SUPPLY A BACKDROP WHERE WE CAN TAKE PHOTOS?
    In most cases Santa can supply any chair and/or backdrop, but arrangements can be made for them at the time of booking for which there will be an additional fee. Just call (404) 617-3330.
